Key People
Luke Curtis, Director
Luke has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, having worked for Barclays Commercial Bank, Bank of Ireland and First Rand Banking Group/Aldermore Bank where he launched and headed up the MotoNovo Commercial Finance business. Previously, Luke worked in construction, and he retains a passion for supporting property and real estate businesses.
Dan Cholewinski, Director
Dan has more than 18 years’ financial services experience at Lloyds Banking Group and First Rand Banking Group/Aldermore Bank. By the age of 19, he held an underwriting mandate at Lloyds Banking Group, and his subsequent experience with MotoNovo Finance included supporting trading businesses in increasing their sales through both retail and wholesale finance solutions.
Katie Hammond, Commercial Finance Coordinator
Katie has several years’ experience in property finance, having transitioned from a residential background. She graduated from university in 2024 and has since focused on providing exceptional support and organisation in her role. With a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently, Katie ensures clients receive the best possible service at every stage. She is also a high-level swimmer, demonstrating dedication and discipline.
