I got put in contact with Dan from VAST regarding a commercial mortgage and it was easily the most simple mortgage process imaginable. Having bought residential property and remortgaged I knew how difficult it would be however Dan was fantastic throughout the process up to completion always with my best interest at heart! Couldn't recommend the team enough, always on hand for a chat over the phone to answer any queries and when he said something will get done it always did! Thank you all for the fantastic work. From start to finish Luke has been brilliant! He said he would get the finance needed, and he did! The project kept changing and he made ammendments throughout, nothing was to much trouble for him. Absolutely outstanding company to deal with.  I contacted Dan regarding a purchase I was interested in that had fallen through by previous brokers and lenders I had tried.  Dan managed to sort everything and complete the deal in just 2 months, where other brokers had failed for over a year.  I cannot recommend VAST enough.  If you are looking for a smooth and easy purchase, look no further than these guys.  They are on the ball with everything, I never had to chase them once to see how the application was going. Dan and the Vast team were a pleasure to deal with for our commercial mortgage. Dealing with a tight deadline, Dan and the team were very prompt and knowledgeable throughout the process. Their fantastic relationships with lenders was obvious to see, and enabled them to anticipate issues and information that would be required to speed up the process of applying for the mortgage, through to offer and release of funds. After getting nowhere with our bank I was recommended to Dan through a friend, and from there things got easy.. quickly. We needed a small business loan to be sorted in a fairly short time frame and Dan delivered just that.
